Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in market research, content writing, database management, events management, and digital marketing.

Work You’ll Do:

  • Market Research:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand their data needs and requirements.
  • Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Analyze complex datasets using statistical techniques and data mining methods to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Additionally identify business opportunities and competitor strategies. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings and insights to senior management and business stakeholders.
  • Continuously monitor data sources, macro trends and update business reports pertaining to domestic and exports business to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
  • Content Writing:
  • Develop engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and print media.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and objectives.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives including SEO and social media, manage content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content assets.
  • Assets and Database Management
  • Maintain and update customer database to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and update technical and functional database as well as marketing assets.
  • Collaborate with IT to leverage technology for database management and automation.
  • Events Management
  • Plan, coordinate and execute marketing events such as exhibitions, machine handover ceremony, product launches, seminars, conferences, and internal events – employee as well as customer engagements at factory.
  • Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue, negotiations, and budget.
  • Develop promotional materials and collateral for events during various phases – pre, during and post event.
  • Evaluate event performance and ROI.
  • Digital Marketing
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including WhatsApp, Social Media Ads – Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook, Email Marketing, etc.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI.

The Marketing Executive will join a dynamic team focused on driving growth and brand visibility. The team collaborates to develop and execute strategic initiatives, staying ahead of trends to engage audience and achieve measurable results.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering and MBA in marketing is must.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on market research, content writing, database management, events management, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communications, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experienced in utilizing SFDC, Google Analytics, Email Marketing Platforms, and Advanced features of Microsoft Office 365 suite like but not limited to Mail Merge, Power Automate, Advanced Excel in day-to-day work.
