Join our team as Vice President, Market Management and Product Expansion, leading our Cross Currency Solutions across a diverse portfolio of APAC countries. In this senior leadership role, you will drive revenue growth by supporting the planning and forecasting process, ensuring accurate revenue capture, analyzing trends to address challenges, and delivering insightful reporting (MIS) to country stakeholders. You’ll monitor pricing and market spreads, collaborate with sales to develop effective strategies, and champion product commercialization through training and positioning of new enhancements.
A core focus of this role is to proactively address regulatory changes across your markets, ensuring our solutions remain fully compliant and ahead of evolving requirements. You’ll act as the senior escalation point to resolve complex issues, upskill internal teams, and ensure seamless product delivery for both our colleagues and clients, maintaining operational excellence and delivering on our promise of best-in-class solutions.
You’ll partner with local product and sales teams to identify growth opportunities, evolving our suite of cross-border FX products to meet market needs. This includes capturing business requirements, driving prioritization, managing change processes, and working with technology to deliver impactful enhancements. This is a high-visibility role offering strong influence and the opportunity to shape the future of our FX payments business across APAC.
