Education and Experience:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience is required. Knowledge of warehousing methods, procedures and techniques utilized in handling and storing stock items.
Knowledge of the correct methods and procedures of loading and unloading transport carriers and inventory methods and procedures is preferred. At least one year of
previous supervisory experience preferred.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Must be able to demonstrate strong and effective leadership skills. Ability to motivate, develop and provide constructive feedback to employees as needed. Must be comfortable with all levels of employees and have the ability to drive positive change.
Other Requirements:
Work is performed in an office and warehouse setting. Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 55 pounds, as necessary. Physical requirements include, but are not limited to, standing, lifting, carrying and loading supplies and equipment for periods of time.
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting pay range: $54,000 - $74,900. Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity.
