Your Role:

  • Leading the technical area of our partnership solutions with the connected advertising networks
  • Coordinating the development process of our partnership solutions and own the end-to-end quality assuarnce
  • Be the technical face to the partners: Receive and resolve escalations from external as well as internal business stakeholders 
  • Use a variety of tools such as log analysis, SQL queries or our in-house tools and work closely with engineering, product and business intelligence to get to the bottom of the issue.
  • Communicate any serious issues to internal (engineering, product and business intelligence, account management) and external stakeholders and keep them updated.
  • Support our business teams with in-depth product knowledge and answers to technical questions 
  • Channel back feedback to our product owners to improve our products constantly and ensure the best market-fit
  • Educate the business units on how to best use the existing product features.
  • Regular collaboration with the Technical Services team in Tel Aviv and the Sales Engineers all around the globe
  • Occasional travel

Your Qualifications:

  • University degree (BS or MS) in computer science or related engineering fields.
  • At least 2 year of experience in a similar role working on the resolution of technical issues and dealing with customers
  • Mobile software development experience in Objective-C/iOS or Android/Java
  • Experience in leading projects in an IT environment
  • Experience in mobile advertising or gaming is a plus
  • App development or game design expertise in Unity is a plus
  • SQL proficiency
  • A driven, ‘can-do’ personality working with a sense of urgency and not stopping until you get to the bottom of complicated and/or inconsistent technical issues
  • A customer-oriented mindset with the ambition to ensure the best possible experience for partners, clients and business units
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English, verbal and written (company language)
