General Purpose:

The Network Provisioning & Logistics Technician I assists in testing, configuration, and shipment of UCx, MSx for Wan, MSx Network, MSx for Managed Firewall, Managed Cellular, and Managed Power Orders, this includes Phone Systems, Switches, Routers, Firewalls, and Cellular/Managed Power Devices. Responsible for inventory levels, audits, and receiving of new equipment into the warehouse.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Refurbish select equipment for redeployment.
• Program and ship routers for the Extended Reach program.
• Fulfill UCx/ITx equipment needs in alignment with UCx/ITx orders.
• Test, configure, and ship equipment for all orders, including routers, switches, phones, firewalls, managed cellular, and managed power devices.
• Coordinate RMA processes and work with vendors on replacement equipment.
• Complete assigned work tickets in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ship and receive equipment and boxes daily, including Disconnect Orders.
• Maintain accurate physical inventory counts and asset tracking.
• Verify received items by inspecting condition, comparing counts to packing lists, and noting discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and orderly on a daily basis.
• Work effectively under time pressure while maintaining high-quality standards with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate strong organization, initiative, and accountability.

Other Responsibilities:

• Coordinate special projects related to shipping/receiving logistics in Field Operations.
• Perform quarterly warehouse CPE audits.
• Group equipment with detailed information for resale of assets.

Required Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business from an accredited college or university; and
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a telecom warehouse environment; or
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Other Qualifications:

• Forklift experience or certification preferred.
• Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.
• Ability to communicate regularly in a respectful, professional, and collaborative manner.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and UCx Messenger.
• Familiarity with script generators for pre-programming routers and switches in telecom-related work.
• The person that we hire in this role must be willing to work Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm on site at the following location: 4211 Coronado Ave, Stockton, Ca 95204***
