Role Description

A Senior Analyst’s role is responsible to perform standard and non-standard processing and quality tasks with minimum supervision on multiple and / or complex processes. The job holder is responsible to take on routine functional escalations. The role is to act as a point of reference for less experienced team members. To deputize for the team leader as and when required. The job holder will take responsibility for key roles within the team such as quality, productivity, training. Incumbent can be placed in any of the Trade Services Process and should possess complete knowledge of their core and cross trained process which can be Settlement-Matching/Fails/Instructions/Registered Shares/Confirmation, Cancellations, Reconciliation, Transaction Reporting or Trade Investigation.

Your key responsibilities

  • Successfully meeting/ completing training milestones/ certifications relevant to the position held.
  • Processing recurring, moderately difficult and complex work within the specified training period.
  • Multi-skilling on all allocated processes within the team.
  • 100% domain knowledge of the core and cross trained processes. Should be completely involved in daily production.
  • Adapting and willing to multi-skill and assist in other processes within the department.
  • Supporting development and documentation of new/ revised Standard Operating Procedures
  • Acting as a point of technical/ functional reference for less experienced team members
  • Keeping Team Leader informed of non-routine issues, making recommendations to resolve these issues.
  • Developing self and takes responsibility for such
  • Active involvement in projects and quality/change initiatives.
  • Following company rules and standard operating procedures.
  • Adhering to all Security Policies and Procedures
  • Promoting a positive and professional image of the team at all times

Your skills and experience

Qualification

  • Graduate / Post-Graduate
  • German language (Level 3 & above for specific processes) mentioned beforehand.

Skills & work experience:

  • 4-8 years of work experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Computer literate

  • Meet and exceed timelines targets on a consistent basis.
  • Meet and exceed quality targets on a consistent basis
  • To ensure that the queries are raised within the stipulated TAT
  • Create and maintain MIS sheet
  • Productivity - should be as per set targets
  • To provide process improvement suggestion
  • To conduct quality checks
