About the Role

Work Location: Bangna, Bangkok, Central City Tower, Bangna-Trad Road, 10260

Reporting To: Market Research and Consumer Insights Director APMEA

As an Insights Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving data/information driven decision making and Innovation. This role is not just about research. It’s about turning data/information into insights and working with cross-functional teams to translate them into solutions for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with Markets and Category teams to understand challenges, information gaps, identify sources of information and determine optimal research methodologies.
  • Searching for information through desk research and syndicated research sites and databases.
  • Looking through multiple proprietary research pieces and pulling relevant information together to build a compelling story.
  • Oversee the analysis of large datasets/information to derive meaningful insights into market trends, consumer behaviour and category/product performance.
  • Establish a deep comprehension of consumer behaviour, shopper trends, and market intricacies, laying the essential groundwork for the successful innovation in F&B.
  • Act as a key influencer by providing thought leadership based on a deep understanding of market dynamics and emerging trends.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a compelling and accessible manner, tailored to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Lead Insight input with Key Strategic Customers
  • Support MR&CI Director in building insight capability across the Marketing Team
  • Collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders across diverse markets in the region and functional areas, understanding their unique business needs.
  • Work with Kerry Global Insight team to raise the APMEA voice and ensure locally relevant insights are built into Global Projects

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or Behavioral Science related field are preferred. 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an Insights role on the Client side, consulting, or Ad/research industry. 
  • Proven track record in in data analysis, market research, and translating insights into actionable strategies, in a global or regional setting.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to distil complex insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and influence strategic decision-making.
