Fleet Backoffice Specialist                                                

Job location: Praha

 

As a Fleet Backoffice Specialist  you will be responsible for providing the effective support to service providers in tire and vehicle management for fleets with regard to total partner satisfaction and smooth operation of fleet business utilizing SAP as the primary tool.

 

The opportunity:

 

As a member of the Fleet Backoffice Specialist EE team you will:

  • Acting as the first level support for Fleet Service Providers in tire and vehicle management,
  • Be an owner of the billing process for fleets and monitor the incoming vendors´ invoices,
  • Handling the returned fleet invoices and issue the possible credit notes,
  • Supporting system testing when necessary,
  • Cooperating with internal (Sales, IT) and external partners on continuous system development,
  • Be master data maintenance and user administration,
  • Be reposonsible for system frontend and backend settings maintenance.

 

To join our team you will need:

  • Minimum 1-3 years working experience, preferably with a customer service or other support position experience,
  • Secondary degree required / university degree desired,
  • PC literacy – MS Office, advanced Excel knowledge,
  • General SAP knowledge,
  • Fluent English,
  • Advanced Czech / Slovak,
  • Advanced analytical skills,
  • To be focused on details, be stress resistant and be able to work independently,
  • To be a team player.
