Senior Director, Executive Compensation: Become the Newest Member of the VF Family
As the Senior Director of Executive Compensation, you will have the responsibility for leading the design, development, implementation planning and delivery of VF’s executive compensation and equity programs in support of senior executives and the Talent and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. This role reports to the VP, Total Rewards and People Services. In this position you should be analytical and possess excellent problem solving and influencing skills, as well as a deep technical expertise in executive compensation programs. You will need to demonstrate that you are a subject matter expert in the area of Executive Compensation.
How You Will Make a Difference:
You will focus on executive compensation programs on a global scale, including: executive base pay, annual incentive plan design, long-term equity compensation programs, proxy reporting, external trends analysis and regulatory disclosure and compliance. In addition, this position will collaborate with Rewards COE team members and senior HR leaders in support of global compensation projects as applicable to executive compensation.
