The role is responsible for managing the business with a focus on generating sales and revenue,
increasing utilization of resources, ensuring timely collections in the area of Rewards and Benefits
benchmarking in the country. This involves proactively engaging with key clients (existing and
prospective) to identify opportunities and form long-term sustainable relationships with them; leading a team of Consultants and Analysts and grooming them to provide innovative, best-in-class solutions toclients and partnering with internal stakeholders like Survey Operations with the objective of delivering world class rewards consulting and products to our clients.
It will also serve as lead talent consultant on medium and large clients and/or second on jumbo clients, including managing overall service delivery and solution design.
Acts as the day-to-day lead for the client, ensuring project requirements, solutions and deliverables meet client expectations.
Determines the full scope of services provided to the client and sets roles and responsibilities within the client team.
Generates sales by expanding revenues from existing clients and by leading prospecting efforts with new clients.
Acts as a mentor and coach by motivating staff to deliver a high standard of work.
Delegates effectively to provide developmental opportunities to team members.
Exposure in HR Consulting for more than 10 years
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
In depth understanding on different aspects of HR (Talent Strategy, Performance Management, Organizational Development Rewards, Compensation etc)
Sales Capability and ability to drive/grow the business
