We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our Enterprise PMO team. The role includes supporting several internal programmes covering: Reporting, KPI tracking, analysis, resource planning and forecasting system (RMS) updates, timesheet enquiries and planning event organisation.
A key part the role will be the administration of our JIRA and Confluence applications as we look to standardise our approach following recent acquisitions. The role will provide an ongoing service to all the project teams including: JIRA project set-up, project space creations, template creation, enforcing standards, sanitising existing usage and promoting best practice.
Responsibilities of the Project Administrator:
Assist in keeping the Resource Management System (RMS) up to date
To monitor and track project inputs on a regular basis across all Technology teams
Assist in coordinating internal team moves
Assist in preparation of the Operations Monthly Report by coordinating with Finance, IT, Support and Retail teams
Produce regular reports weekly and monthly to meet the needs of different audiences
Deal with management requirements for adhoc reports in a timely manner
Provide configuration and administrative support of JIRA and Confluence
Assist in JIRA consolidation project following recent acquisition
Creation and set-up of JIRA projects
Design and implement workflows, fields, permission schemes, post functions, etc.
Build filters, custom dashboards, and reports
Assist the Business Intelligence team in data extraction and reporting needs
Coordinate and respond to support requests
Administer JIRA usage on a day to day basis
Manage user permissions
Research and implement Atlassian best practices
Maintain Confluence content health by analysing usage, identify stale content and assisting in content cleansing
Define Project and Programme templates for Confluence
Administer content ownership and space maintenance in Confluence
Provide Confluence support to the business
Train staff on JIRA/Confluence and how to navigate our projects and spaces
Creation of external Confluence portals for customer collaboration
University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or any related degree
Excellent level of spoken and written English
Hands-on experience managing JIRA & Confluence
Experience administering and customising JIRA projects
Excellent Office package skills, including full knowledge of Microsoft packages and/or GSuite
Good time management skills
Sensitive to timely supply of executive team reporting requirements
Self-motivated and well organised
Experience creating and enforcing standards
Ability to effectively prioritize work, collaborate, troubleshoot issues and complete tasks on time
Experience of working in the Online Gaming and Sports betting industry
Atlassian JIRA Administrator certification
