As part of the global IT PMO team, you will play a critical role leading and supervising programs. The role requires challenging objectives, develop roadmaps, collaborate closely with teams, including supply chain, finance, sales, and IT to ensure efficient and effective delivery and integrated planning solutions within the organization. In partnership with senior IT leaders, this role is responsible for global execution of projects, ensuring consistency and timely in line with PMO processes. Inspect and assess projects’ health; provide input for corrections needed or help raise up issues for quick resolution. 

What you'll be doing 

  • The S/4HANA Transformation Program Manager is tasked with overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of the S/4HANA transformation program. This involves managing stakeholders, coordinating teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives throughout the transformation journey. 
  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformational projects. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project achievements. Coordinate project resources, lead risks, and resolve issues. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, system integrators and business partners to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives. Champion effective communication and lead collaborator expectations throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Work closely with across multiple business units including supply chain, sales and finance teams to manage strategic projects in logistics processes, transportation management, warehousing, and inventory control in fabless semiconductor/hi-tech industry. 
  • Drive initiatives to optimize the supply chain, improve operational efficiency, and reduce costs. Identify process bottlenecks, use standard methodologies, leverage technology solutions. 
  • Project Governance and Reporting: Establish project governance frameworks, including project charters, governance boards, and reporting mechanisms. Provide regular project updates, performance metrics, and status reports to key collaborators and senior management. Ensure project documentation is maintained and accessible for future reference. 
  • Develop strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies. Collaborate to develop communication plans, training materials, and collaborator engagement strategies to drive successful change initiatives. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Find opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization processes. Collaborate to implement standard methodologies, drive efficiency gains, and enhance performance. 
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and external partners to procure and implement technology solutions. Lead vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing support. 

What we need to see: 

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business, Computer Science) or equivalent experience. 
  • Experience (10+ years) as a Technical Program Manager or similar role with experience in managing S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects. 
  • Strong understanding of SAP solutions, particularly S/4HANA, and their integration with business processes 
  • Familiarity with technology solutions and tools related to such as S/4 HANA, supply chain management software and tools. 
  • Strong project management skills, including project planning, risk management, and collaborator management. 
  • Strong experience in agile, waterfall and hybrid project implementation methodologies. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and social skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and collaborators at all levels. 
  • Organizational change expertise, with the ability to drive organizational change and lead resistance to change. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Familiarity with business processes, industry standard methodologies, and regulatory requirements. 

Ways to stand out from the crowd: 

  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus. 
  • Technical Program Manager with a focus on S/4 HANA implementation with supply chain management and logistics. 
  • Analytical approach to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

The base salary range is 180,000 USD - 287,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
