General Description of Role
Provide overall administrative direction and oversight for policies, procedures and programs including all nursing functions for DPC Midtown.
Duties and Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in nursing is required. Master's degree in nursing, business, or healthcare related field strongly preferred.
Experience:
Work requires 5 years related administrative or clinic management experience to acquire competence in applying general operational practices, personnel practices, accounting and budgeting principles and coordination of clinic administrative functions,
Degrees, Licensure, and/or Certification:
Must have current or compact RN licensure in the state of North Carolina.
BCLS certification required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Accounting/bookkeeping and budget projections
Duke personnel policies and practices
Data analysis
Planning, prioritization and time management
Effective communication skills
Identifying, recruiting, developing and retaining top talent
Leading teams by motivating and influencing, conflict prevention and management
Managing vision and purpose
Working knowledge of regulatory requirements including North Carolina Nurse Practice Act
