What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in PR, Communications, or a related field required.
  • Minimum two years of progressive experience in a similar role, preferably within the commercial real estate industry.
  • Strong creative writing and corporate messaging skills with an emphasis on business writing.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively, shift priorities, and deliver projects on time.
  • Well-organized with excellent time management skills; comfortable interfacing with top-level executives.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication.

Bonus Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record in a PR agency environment highly valued
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a notable asset.
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet (or equivalent project management tools).
  • Expertise in Email Studio (or comparable email marketing tools).
  • Strong analytical background in data analysis.
  • History managing social media campaigns.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Execute Colliers' PR & Communications strategy, elevating brand awareness for the brokerage services division.
  • Drive media relations, from proactive client support to executive leadership positioning.
  • Align internal and external communications initiatives to promote brand, client, and stakeholder messaging.
  • Manage traditional press campaigns in collaboration with corporate PR teams.
  • Assist in developing communications plans, drafting messaging, and creating industry market intelligence.
  • Organize Colliers' participation in public-facing events.
  • Create communications assets such as articles, marketing materials, advertising copy, and social media posts.
  • Work with other marketing departments to support business development pursuits.

Approximate Salary Range for Role: $53,835 to $99,900.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
