The Director of Property Management at ACC plays a pivotal role in enhancing the resident experience across multiple properties while reporting to the Regional Director. This position serves as a critical step in the transition from managing a single property to overseeing regional operations. In this role, you’ll be developing and executing strategies for leasing, marketing, expense control, and facilities operations, as well as recruiting, hiring, and mentoring teams to drive performance and foster a positive work culture. The Director will collaborate with university partners and internal support teams to address concerns and advocate for capital improvements that bolster property value. This role oversees Callaway Villas and The Callaway House in College Station ,TX.
