Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager – Ops Compliance

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with operations in completing the Annual Risk Profiling of the selected accounts. Support operations in understanding various parameters defined in the template and ensure to have correct rating for each of the metrics.
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments of high-risk accounts based on standard controls and identify, highlight the deficiencies, agree with operations, suggest remedial controls for inherent risks.
  • Publish Risk Control and Self-Assessment dashboard to the leadership.
  • Work with other team members in understanding the Capital Market accounts activities and support in conducting various audits like icon Audits, Network Assessment.
  • Own allocated accounts for monitoring the Email restriction implementation program for various BTS accounts.
  • Ability to identify the risks in operations and design remediation/suggest additional controls in collaboration with operations.
  • Capable of handling incidents- identification/root cause/investigation and solutioning/closing.
  • Participate in team meetings to keep track of the deliverable’s execution.
  • Conduct periodic compliance sessions for various accounts to bring in awareness on various Organization policies/procedures received from leadership, awareness on various Ops compliance requirements. Publish periodic communication emails on various compliance /Infosec / policies etc. 
  • Support client audits.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required

Preferred qualifications

  • Certifications like ISO 27001 LA, ISO 31000, CRISC, CISA etc.
  • Hands on experience in conducting risk assessments, audits.
  • Good knowledge of Risk Management.
  • Working knowledge of ITIL/CMMI /Agile methodologies.
  • Good knowledge of Genpact Digital frameworks.
  • Should be a good team player.
