ECS is seeking a Services Delivery Lead / Product Manager – CAASM to work in our Arlington, VA office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Job Description:

ECS is seeking talented professionals to join our successful and growing team in building the next-generation Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) Cyber data solution. The CDM Program is the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s (CISA) dynamic approach to strengthening the cybersecurity of Federal networks and systems through better awareness and visibility into their security posture and cyber threats. The CDM Data Services product is an integrated suite of multiple Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) products, software configuration packages, and custom code which work together to operate as an integrated solution tailored to meet DHS requirements.

ECS is seeking a Product Management Leader to lead product planning, execution, and delivery throughout the Product Lifecycle to ensure fulfillment of the product vision and a maximize the customer experience. This product manager will focus on the Cyber Asset Attack Surface Management (CAASM) component of the CDM Dashboard solution, responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of feasible, desirable, and viable CAASM features and supporting services.

The successful candidate will define product vision, strategy and roadmap by engaging with stakeholders to validate and evolve the solution to meet program needs. The candidate will manage the work backlog for the CAASM component through ongoing interactions across teams, vendors, and customers. The CAASM Product Manager will remain aware of industry trends in cybersecurity tools, technologies, and processes associated with a robust, reliable, and mature CAASM offering. These responsibilities all result in a secure, performant, widely capable, and mature CAASM offering.

The successful candidate will work with Business Analysts to capture and refine requirements, align to program OKRs, define and track KPIs, deliver customer demonstrations and briefings, and work with vendors to better understand roadmaps, dependencies, and further improvement opportunities by advocating for CDM mission goals.

Required Skills:

  • Must be a US Citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust Suitability
  • At least 8 years’ experience managing similar cybersecurity products and services
  • At least 4 years’ experience managing complex product requirements in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder federal environment
  • At least 4 years’ experience working across agile teams to ensure end-to-end product requirements are incorporated into the engineering lifecycle
  • At least 1 years’ experience working with CAASM technologies that can be customized, packaged, and deployed as a product.
  • At least 1 years’ experience implementing / developing CAASM solutions that ingest, enrich, and prepare asset and/or user information.
  • Experience working as a Product Manager within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

  • Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills
  • Superior leadership, project management, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with large, distributed, solutions deployed on non-standard infrastructure
  • Experience with Axonius, Armis, and related plugins and services
