 RingCentral is looking for a Manager of Product Marketing who will be responsible for representing and managing Product Marketing activities for the RingCentral product suite. Reporting to the Senior Product Marketing Manager, this individual will drive the development and creation of crisp product messaging and content. Additionally, this individual will work cross-functionally with sales, product management, and the broader marketing team to define and scale sales initiatives and campaigns to accelerate revenue growth.

 This individual will drive the definition, execution, and delivery of product releases and marketing campaigns to market. This role requires the alignment of product messaging and positioning across the company. Strong technical understanding of cloud and/or SaaS businesses including experience with communications and collaboration applications or equivalent is a plus. This role is highly visible and cross-functional, requiring regular communication with RingCentral leadership, product management, and sales. This individual will also be required to manage timely deliverables with strong communication and cross functional partnering skills. Candidates must be team-oriented and have a can-do attitude while working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment. This position will require work out of the London, Ealing, EMEA headquarters office.

 Responsibilities:

  • Develop go-to-market strategy and marketing plans necessary to meet company revenue goals
  • Provide product-level messaging and positioning
  • Lead cross-channel marketing campaigns to extend growth in the Unified Communications as a Service market
  • Support web and marketing channels to drive acquisition and awareness, including webinars, trade shows, direct marketing, collateral, customer case studies, and thought leadership
  • Enable sales teams on product functionality, as well as on best practices and sales plays
  • Create marketing assets such as datasheets, feature briefs, whitepapers, and user guides
  • Develop appropriate sales and partner training materials, collateral, and pricing guides
  • Produce detailed competitive analysis

 Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of marketing experience
  • Proven success developing and managing product go-to-market plans
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen, as well as strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to draw conclusions based on data
  • Solid project management skills
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Detail and results oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution
  • Ability to excel in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Experience marketing SaaS or cloud services, communications, or collaboration experience a plus
