Talent Acquisition Program Specialist – MSP

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Program Specialist to oversee and optimize our Managed Service Provider (MSP) program. This role is critical in ensuring the effective delivery of contingent workforce solutions through our MSP and Vendor Management System (VMS). The ideal candidate will bring experience in talent acquisition, with a strong background in MSP and VMS operations.

While the primary focus will be on managing the MSP relationship and performance, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to broader Talent Acquisition (TA) initiatives, including Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) support and other strategic workforce programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the MSP, ensuring alignment with business goals and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage and optimize the use of the VMS platform, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and reporting accuracy.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (HR, Purchasing, Legal, Hiring Managers, IT, and Security) to ensure seamless contingent workforce operations.
  • Monitor MSP performance through KPIs, dashboards, and regular business reviews.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and enhanced candidate quality.
  • Support change management and communication strategies related to contingent workforce programs.
  • Collaborate on broader TA initiatives, including RPO management, workforce planning, and talent strategy projects.
  • Stay current on industry trends, compliance requirements, and best practices in contingent workforce management.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Program Management, or Contingent Workforce Management.
  • Proven experience implementing and managing an MSP and working within a VMS (e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass, Vyndly, Flextrack or others.).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
