Your Responsibilities:

  • Work with developers, product owner and testers to orchestrate code changes in different Murex versions: 
  • Follow up of defect integration in mainstream 
  • Make sure that requesters unit test the fixes prior to validation 
  • Launch and follow up the validation 
  • Create and execute projects and binary delivery plans with proven ability to effectively deal with multiple ones in parallel. 
  • Schedule, follow up and produce the different deliveries with the corresponding scope and milestones. 
  • Facilitate the communication between consultants in charge of client projects, development teams and the quality department, to ensure that all parties are aligned. 
  • Manage risks and mitigations accordingly. 
  • Identify and resolve and/or escalate to Senior Management, in a timely fashion issue within the product team, to ensure projects are on target to meet their product deadlines. 
  • Design and maintain release management processes and policies in collaboration with consultants, developers and release management team members based on customers need. Suggest new ideas and approaches to enhance current processes and procedures. 
  • Formalize & share lesson-learned to identify successful and unsuccessful elements and build-up best practices. 

Your profile:

  • Engineering degree –Computer Science; IT etc. - 3/4-year program (Bachelor or Masters) or equivalent 
  • 1-3 years’ experience, either within Murex or in the software industry 
  • Previous Release Management Experience while desirable is not a pre-requisite for this position. 
  • Strong administration skills - Discipline, organization 
  • Analytical thinking and demonstrated problem solving skills and capability 
  • Proven Communication skills –Written and Verbal 
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills 
  • Proven ability to challenge the status quo and to propose alternatives 
  • Negotiation Skills 
  • Conflict Management & Resolution Skills 
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment-Effective team member 
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, MS projects) 
  • Knowledge in technical environments such as SQL, XML and programming language is a plus
