Key Responsibilities:

- Leverage exceptional negotiation and communication skills to close critical roles under tight deadlines.

- Ensure compliance with international hiring regulations and Middle East-specific requirements.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of proven technical recruiting experience in the software industry.
- Strong track record in international hiring, especially in the Middle East region.
- Excellent client management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within strict timelines.
- Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
