Deliver an ongoing strategic roadmap for digital payments that is a combination of new features, product enhancements based on customer feedback and alignment with consumer / business priorities.
Maintain an external outlook and the broader payments industry to serve as the consumer business’ leader on market trends, new opportunities and challenges facing the business as well as developing a clear understanding of the performance of our payment capabilities as benchmarked against bank and non-bank competitors.
Lead a process that continuously seeks customer input as well as benchmarks industry solutions and customer behaviors to drive the optimal customer experience for our digital payment capabilities. Leverage available research tools as well as information from strategic partners to inform approach.
Develop a cadence for senior management communication that includes reporting on progress and performance of digital payment solutions balanced with a clear roadmap of future strategy and approach.
Partner closely with internal control, compliance and information security teams to ensure appropriate rules and policies are in place. Work with internal analytical teams to continuously monitor fraud levels and implement guidelines to deliver an industry leading experience while minimizing fraud losses.
Evangelize digital messaging and alerts andbanking strategy and earn consensus on the strategy from business partners across the enterprise.
Translate business goals into functional digital strategies and tactical digital product ideas.
Take the enterprise customer and the portfolio of platforms into consideration when assessing the impact of new projects.
Work closely with various business leaders to advise them on how to develop and sustain a business advantage in their space via Key's digital channels.

6+ years of digital product management with a preference for candidates with varied experience across the digital product lifecycle.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems management or equivalent preferred.
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue in digital channels (marketing, eCommerce, online customer experience)
Strong/expert background in analytics with demonstrated ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into meaningful conclusions and actionable strategic plans that support business objectives.
Ability to build and leverage relationships with cross-functional/external stakeholders to both gain understanding– of business objectives and also to facilitate execution of strategic direction.
Digital native with a clear understanding of digital technology and consumer trends.
Fundamental knowledge of retail banking, including marketing, products and current industry trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills that can explain technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to lead a project team in both waterfall and/or agile environments.
