Lead complex projects and shape the future of energy infrastructure with our Melbourne based Energy and Power team.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive major initiatives for our electricity transmission and distribution clients. This role demands a strategic thinker with extensive experience in delivering large-scale energy projects.

• Oversee multiple project teams and complex engineering consultancy services
• Drive project governance, financial performance, and technical compliance
• Implement process improvements and best practices across portfolios
• Collaborate with integrated delivery leads and bid managers to optimise resource utilisation
• Lead business development activities and cultivate key client relationships
• Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of safety and innovation

Here's what you'll need

• Extensive experience managing large-scale projects in the energy and power sector
• Proven ability to drive accountability and deliver exceptional commercial outcomes
• Advanced skills in project financial management and risk mitigation
• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of fostering high-performing teams
• Expertise in Microsoft Suite and advanced proficiency in scheduling software
