Purpose of the Job:-
Reporting to the DX Service Supervisor, Nordic region, the Field Service Engineer provides high quality on site customer service support and is the face of the company to our customers.
This position will install and commission Beckman Coulter (BC) IT / Instrument systems providing a high level of support, requiring close interaction with the customer and colleagues to maintain a quality service.
Adhering to customer focused strategies to achieve business goals, the successful applicant will help us to increase customer satisfaction and position Service Support as a positive sales differentiator in an increasingly competitive market.
This position is full time, five days a week.
Although the position will be primarily IT support for our It-systems it will also covering Instrument support at our customers in the Nordics.
Main Roles and Responsibilities:-
Achieve departmental goals and objectives to meet the company’s operational plan
Work closely with other internal departments to build relationships that result in timely implementation, installation and post go-live support.
Position is primarily supporting our customers in the Nordics and travel to the whole region is required
Develop and maintain a good working relationship with all customers
Ensure Preventative Maintenance Inspections and service modifications are completed in the specified time frames
Ensure accurate completion of all paperwork and reports
Maintain accurate record of car stock
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Contribute to an environment where quality is perceived as a culture
Fully engage and partake in all DBS (Danaher Business Systems)
