As our Project Controls Analyst II, You will play a pivotal role in Project Reproting across the project life cycle. Every day you will assist in establishing and maintaining project dashboards ensuring seamless information flow to grid scale renewables managers. You will Analyze the project metadata for accuracy, you'll independently handle forensic accounting tasks, working collaboratively to rectify discrepancies. Your role involves producing and evaluating monthly project status reports, pinpointing outliers and assessing budget and schedule risks. In this role you'll proactively collaborate with corporate functions to introduce or refine business processes and tools for grid scale renewables. Additionally, you'll construct and maintain essential documentation defining operational processes, support Project Controllers in enhancing business procedures, and lead training initiatives for legacy and new systems. Ultimately, you'll undertake various operational tasks, aligning with ENA’s Grid Scale Renewables objectives. Every day, you'll dive into tasks autonomously, foster collaboration, and ensure operational excellence across ENA's renewable portfolio. This role can be based in Houston, TX (preferred), Chicago, IL, Santa Barbara, CA, or Denver, CO, reporting to the Project Controls Senior Advisor.

What you bring: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Science, Engineering, or related fields
  • Minimum of three (3)+ years' experience were you worked in renewables energy, construction management, and Engineering 
  • You enjoy delving deep into project details, adept at identifying underlying risks/issues, and skilled in EPC cost control reporting and scheduling
  • You possess the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, diagnose challenges, and devise timely solutions within constrained time frames
  • You are a a tech-Savvy Collaborator were you Leverage your familiarity with Microsoft Excel/Power BI for data analysis and experienced with enterprise systems like SAP, COUPA, ProCore, and Salesforce
  • You possess the capablity of understanding project budget/schedule performance analysis, cash flow forecasting, and mastering Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills; you're an independent worker thriving within large matrixed organizations, adept at interfacing with cross-functional teams
  • You enjoy thriving in a role that involves engaging with stakeholders on evenings and weekends, with travel (up to 25%) with the United States

  • Salary Range: $62,400 -$95,450 USD annually
  • Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors
  • In addition to salary, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan
