In this role, you have the opportunity to

Be responsible for implementation of the business strategy for Health Systems (Ultra Sound, Monitoring Analytics & Therapeutic Care) in South LATAM in alignment with strategic Market priorities. Drives demand generation and ensures local relevance of the value propositions. The Business Marketing Manager is also responsible for the Business Market Combination (BMC) planning and execution, monitors performance, develops and enables execution of corrective actions in the Markets to achieve BMC and AOP-commitments.​

You are responsible for

  • Builds Marketing Planning (18 months rolling) for Health Systems for South Latam linked to the BMC, and Sales Plan of Record (SPOR)
  • Partner with Market Leader and Health Systems to lead BMC handshake and ongoing performance management against plan with South Latam
  • Drives business strategy creation and execution for a specific Business in the South Latam region ,
  • Partner with Market Leader and Health Systems to lead BMC handshake, ongoing performance management and local execution of the plan with the Market
  • Drives demand generation and ensures that business performance is being delivered according to KPIs such as yearly sales, order intake, market shares, Integral Gross Margin (IGM) through price realization in markets, Advertisement & Promotion, Integral Sales Margin (ISM) and marketing ROI.
  • Develops local go-to-market strategies (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Portfolio definition, pricing, and promotion) to drive profitable growth, in line with Quality & Regulatory requirements
  • Ensures relevance of value propositions for South Latam
  • Together with Health Systems BMM determines product portfolio for the Markets, setting up and executing roadmaps for the introduction of new products or updates and the phasing-out of existing products in such a way that an optimal product portfolio is available on the market in time and with low costs of stock
  • Contributing to the development of new channels (incl. digital), and optimizing existing channel mix, linking to sales plans.
  • Drives consumer loyalty by aligning the necessary resources within South Latam
  • Provide business with local insights about markets, competition and trends and
  • Marketing Performance Optimization and drives continuous improvements applying LEAN.

You are part of

Based in Buenos Aires, will act as a Business Marketing Manager for Philip’s activities, in the Health Systems Industry (Ultra Sound, Monitoring Analytics & Therapeutic Care). Has no direct reports and works closely with other Marketing Managers Specialists, and Sales team. Reports directly to the Business Marketing Director South Latam.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree and > 3 years of experience
  • Experience in marketing technology, healthcare or medtech products or solutions
  • Experience as an integrator in a dynamic market and /or matrix organization
  • Experience with P&L management incl. revenue and margin management
  • Significant experience in marketing in the technology, consumer or healthcare domain
  • Marketing channel mix strategies (on-line and offline)
  • Experience with leading a cross functional team
  • Experience with working in a business with complex market/channel structures
  • Problem – solving skills
