The job holder works with the TA Partners to research, identify and attract external talents to Hilti through various executive sourcing, networking and search strategies designed to diversify and develop the external talent pipeline.

Global IT within Hilti is a truly global team with main hubs in Buchs (Switzerland), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and Plano/Tulsa (USA). What does the role involve?

  • Go beyond job descriptions to understand hiring requirements and collaborate with business units and recruiters to refine selection criteria based on the available market talent. 
  • Conduct Market mapping/ competitor mapping as necessary to understand the talent landscape and focus the hiring efforts to the right talent pools.
  • Source and Screen profiles via various platforms including Job-Boards, Career Website (Umantis) and Referrals within defined Time-to-Fill.
  • Elevate the candidate experience, enhancing Hilti Asia IT Services's employer brand.
  • Ensure timely information and closure communication to candidates and referrers.
  • Foster collaboration with external consultants as necessary to expand the candidate pool and identify the best talent.
  • Organize hiring drives or campaigns as per business need, and drive performance & fulfillment of recruitment KPIs and SLAs
  • Maintain high level of data integrity with continuous improvement mindset, bringing new ideas to the TA team and always seeking to do things better.
  • Collaborate with Recruiters to build a diverse candidate pipeline and able to maintain passive candidate community, ensuring engagement via ongoing communication and leveraging the TA ecosystem.
  • Understand what makes great candidate experience and put this at the heart of everything you do while coordinating with Hiring managers, leaders, and TA Partners through-out the hiring process.

What you need is:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Sourcing roles.
  • Proven track record, with hands-on experience using various sourcing techniques and tools, with a particular focus on leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights. 
  • Deep understanding of search methodology and data mining of the appropriate platforms for your market/sector to identify top talent profiles.
  • Outstanding communication skills, ability to coach candidates and hiring managers towards finding the best talent for Hilti.
  • Initiative and drive for execution with data-driven mindset
  • Passion for engaging talents and elevating candidate-experience throughout the hiring process.
