Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA degree, preferably in computer science or Management Information Systems, or Supply Chain.
- 3+ years of software development and performing business or system analysis.
- Experience developing applications based on JavaScript frameworks like Angular and/or building applications with VueJS, developing RESTful APIs using NodeJS is a strong plus.
- Experience with full-stack application development is preferred.
- Understanding of all elements of the software development life cycle, including release planning, development, requirements management, quality assurance, and release management.
- Experience working with Oracle database and good knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL, and relational databases.
- Experience with MongoDB is a plus.
- Oracle eBusiness Suite experience around modules (not all inclusive) like Inventory, Manufacturing, WMS, WIP, BOM, and Cost Management, is preferred.
- Experience with source code control systems and concurrent development workflows (GIT preferred).
- Ability to thrive in a very agile environment with evolving requirements and possess a good understanding of Agile, Lean, and Scrum principles.
- Ability to explain the benefits of Software Development best practices, such as Test-Driven Development and Continuous Integration.
- Ability to be self-directed and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to be innovative, have outside-the-box creativity, and present alternative ideas functionally and technically.
- Collaborative, team-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal communication skills.
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of the salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $74,400.00 to $93,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that are not included in the base pay.
