The Team…

The Talent team consists in 20 missing pieces working together to achieve mind-blowing results. We are divided in small teams that support different parts of the business (our Brands). You’ll be working in the FanDuel team alongside 9 other recruiters and a Talent Acquisition Manager. 

What You'll Be Doing... 

A Talent Acquisition Specialist at Blip is responsible for owning the full recruitment life cycle. From gathering the requirements with your stakeholder until the offer stage, your goal will be to provide the best experience possible both to the candidate and your stakeholder. You’ll be part of a smaller team that will support you and with whom you’ll be working towards a common goal – hiring the best talent there is.

We're looking for someone with some experience in IT Recruitment but it’s not about how many years (or months) of experience you have – at Blip we mainly care about your potential and how you’ll challenge the status quo of everything we do, and defy us to do (and be) better. We value - a loooot - a strong set of soft skills. Being a team player and promoting a healthy environment within your team is key and not just a catchphrase. We'll also be expecting excellent communication skills (in Portuguese and English), common sense, proactivity and a passion for the art of problem-solving by focusing on the solution rather than the problem. We’re looking for someone that instead of thinking “that’s impossible”, you think “what do I need to make this possible?”.
