Primary Skills
Should have Overall of 4 Years overall experience in IT industry
Good knowledge and experience Incident Problem management
Should have contributed to change management
Minimum knowledge and understanding of Artificial intelligence and Machine learning
Preferable to have at least 1 year of hands on experience in IPsoft Amelia tool or any chatbot solution
At least 1 year of hands on experience in ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM solution
Good understanding of API integration between chatbot to backend solution
Have understanding on tools like Selenium Jenkins Service now Remedy and Programming languages like Java Python JavaScript JSON Groovy scripting will be plus
Having good understanding of AWS Azure is plus
Good understanding on database tools like Oracle SQL is plus
