Rocksteady Music School is the UK’s largest rock and pop school. We teach fun and inclusive in-school band lessons to primary age children. Our mission is simple: to amplify children's self-belief and remove barriers to music education. We're now looking for an experienced People Advisor to join our friendly team here at Rocksteady, a company with real purpose. You will have the opportunity to work in an exciting and varied role, playing an important part in striving to deliver a first class service for our people.
The ideal candidate will have strong generalist HR experience with sound experience in employee relations and will thrive in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same. This is an excellent opportunity to truly make a difference in an organisation with exciting growth plans.
This role is based at our head office in a beautiful converted manor house in Liphook. Here, along with our teams in our Birmingham office, we all play our part in supporting our band leaders to reach as many children as possible with their lessons. We are a community of music lovers using our individual talents to help give children the self-belief to succeed. That’s what gets us out of bed in the morning.
