Summary

The Assistant Manager - Guest Service Center is responsible to assist the Front Office Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of our Guest Service Center, which covers the hotel's operators, ordertakers and designated guest service center hosts.

  • Minimum 5 years work experience as an Assistant Manager or Team Leader of Guest Service Center in a Telephone Department. 
  • Well developed communication, telephone and customer relations Skills. Computer skills in the use of MS Office, email and Opera Systems will be an asset.
