What You'll Do:

As our Account Strategist Intern, you’ll be key to retain and grow the wide range of existing business coming from various industries and to develop a strategic partnership across Criteo’s products.

  • Provide support to our key accounts from different verticals (retails, travel and classified sites) across Southern Europe
  • Monitor, optimise and report campaign performance to a variety of stakeholders, both internal and on client-side.
  • Identify and solve issues with our advertisers’ campaigns. For more complex issues, you’ll be able to liaise with our Technical Solutions team.
  • Help the Account Strategists in our team to identify growth opportunities within our existing business portfolio.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as financial queries, IO creation and others.

Who You Are:

  • Preferably you already completed an internship in sales and/or account management, ideally in a tech-related industry, and you’re ready for the next step in your career.
  • You’re passionate and energetic, especially interested in new media, data, ecommerce and internet trends. We’re happy to teach you everything you should know about the digital media industry, as long as you’re eager to learn.
  • You have strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skills across all levels of interlocutors.
  • Business sense to handle a multitasking environment where prioritization is key
  • Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic environment.
  • Analytical skills and attention to details to explore product performances and explain any recommendation made
  • Mandatory proficiency in English AND Italian. Spanish is a plus. Remote position but to be based in the Spanish territory.
  • Passion for new media, internet trends and continual learning
  • we are looking for somebody curious who won't be scared to ask any questions
  • Strong knowledge of all core MS Office applications
  • Able to provide an internship agreement and able to join for at least 6 months in a full time contract
