Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Supervisor to oversee day-to-day payroll operations and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all payroll and HCM-related processes. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this role supervises payroll staff and supports functions across Payroll, Time and Attendance, and Leave of Absence administration. The Payroll Supervisor will play a critical role in maintaining internal controls, auditing data integrity, resolving system issues, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company pay policies. This role also supports cross-functional collaboration with departments such as HR, Finance, and Compliance to streamline workflows and support the entire employee lifecycle.
This is a hybrid role out of East Taunton, MA.

Qualifications
Who You Are:
- Minimum of 5 years of automated, multi-state payroll experience; previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of electronic Time and Attendance systems and outsourced payroll platforms.
- Proven experience with commission and incentive-based compensation in a retail environment.
- Hands-on knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce is required.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a track record of motivating and developing team members.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills for audit, compliance, and issue resolution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certified Payroll Professional (C.P.P.) certification is required.
