About the role

Join our in-house Talent Acquisition team at Siemens, where you’ll be part of the People & Organization (P&O) department. You’ll work alongside a team of 8 encouraging and dedicated colleagues who genuinely enjoy what they do and take pride in creating a positive and collaborative work environment.

As a Student Worker in our P&O Talent Acquisition team, you’ll get to:

• Help host our monthly onboarding days (yes, you’ll be the face that welcomes new colleagues!)
• Be involved in recruiting new student workers (maybe even your future teammate!)
• Support different stages of the recruitment process
• Jump in on other exciting P&O-related tasks

Who are you?

You’re someone who brings a positive mindset and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves when challenges come your way. You might not have all the answers, but you’re curious, proactive, and always willing to learn.

You communicate clearly and professionally—whether it’s in writing or in conversation—and you know how to build trust through your interactions. You’re confident working independently, take ownership of your tasks, and know how to keep things moving forward.

You’re quick, organized, and comfortable handling administrative tasks. Since our team and the managers we support are spread across Sweden/ Nordics, being a strong communicator and giving timely feedback is key to succeeding in this role.

What you’ll be doing:

• Be part of shaping the candidate experience at Siemens—from first click to final interview.
• Take the lead on recruiting student workers, including planning and coordinating related events.
• Organize and host our monthly onboarding days at the Solna office, making sure new hires feel welcome from day one.
• Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and act as their go-to person throughout the recruitment process.
• Be responsible for your tasks and support your team with various recruitment and HR-related activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and Hiring Managers.
• Stay up to date with Siemens’ employment practices and hiring guidelines to make sure everything runs by the book.

What we’re looking for:

• You’re currently enrolled in a university program with at least one year left, studying HR or a related field.
• You’re available to work 10–16 hours per week and can commit to two full days at the beginning of each month for our onboarding events.
• You’re fluent in both Swedish and English, and comfortable communicating in a professional setting.
• You’ve got some experience in recruitment, HR, or personnel administration—whether through studies, internships, or part-time work.
• You’re a solid communicator who enjoys building relationships and working with people across different teams.
