The role is part of the Cybersecurity Operations team and is responsible for delivering specific operational security services defined in the Security Operations service catalogue, provided both by the Managed Security Services provider and in-house by Etihad. This position is open to candidates at different experience levels, from entry-level to seasoned professionals, with responsibilities and expectations scaled accordingly.
The Security Operations Manager (or Security Operations Specialist, depending on level) oversees the technical delivery of supplier-provided Security Operations services to agreed service levels and standards. The role has a broad focus across all operational security services and is part of the wider Security Operations team.
This role offers opportunities for growth and learning for less experienced candidates, while experienced professionals can lead operations, optimize processes, and influence security strategy within the team.
