Coordinate all aspects of air and trade show exhibits for critical Lockheed Martin events to include the following:
•Project Management - Manage schedules, budgets, planning, estimating, exhibit design, construction, manage onsite exhibit installation/dismantle, show services, catering, shipping and transportation.
•Strategy Integration - Coordinate across business units for execution of their responsibilities in planning, support, execution and participation in Aeronautics-led events.
•Financial - Budget forecasts, cost estimates, expenditure tracking, and estimate to complete forecasts. Manage event participation charges, invoice distribution, and event cost recovery. Provide audit support as required.
•Organizer Coordination - Contract exhibition space and show service requirements, purchasing, and payment.
•Vendor Management – Create vendor Statement of Work documents, track project change orders, seek invoice approval, accounts payable coordination, and vendor payment confirmation.
•Material Handling - Coordination with internal transportation and company appointed freight forwarders for exhibit shipments. Shipping documentation, tracking, delivery schedules, import/export coordination.
Will be required to travel both domestically and internationally and work extended hours to meet business requirements.

Basic Qualifications
Experience with project management tools for planning, budgeting, estimating, scheduling, contracts, design coordination, Statements of Work and vendor management, procurement and accounts payable.
Experience coordinating and managing multiple events in various stages, simultaneously from initial planning through finalization.
Experience resolving issues and making decisions in all aspects of the position.

Desired skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Access Database development and Microsoft Suite.
Knowledge of LM Aeronautics and LM corporation products.
Must be conscientious and sensitive to detail with excellent problem solving ability.
Knowledge of audio visual electronic presentation components and techniques necessary for trade show applications.
Forklift operation experience or ability to become qualified.
