About the Team & Business Line

As a core business, Fund Administration is at the heart of Citco's operations, providing alternative asset and accounting services to clients. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions enables us to deliver a seamless client experience.

This is an exciting new role with the Corporate Secretarial – Operations function in a large and growing Fund Administration business. We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced person to be part of our critical functions across multiple countries.

This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a team across multiple regional countries, working closely with senior management and clients to drive growth and add value to our CoSec Operations. As a core member of our CoSec Operations team, be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Your Role

Strategic Support & Collaboration

  • Support management to develop and implement client service strategies into opportunities for current/prospective clients.
  • Foster collaborative relationships between CoSec services and other departments
  • Contribute to a client-centric culture within the team
  • Work closely with teams across all locations, providing guidance and acting as an escalation point where appropriate

Client Work

  • Maintain professional relationships with clients and other key internal/external parties as required.
  • Assist with the coordination of new client integrations and existing client launches
  • Understand and communicate clients’ requests with various Citco business functions, operational and support teams to promote effective internal communication
  • Support transparent communication with clients, contribute to service level agreements (SLA) and assume responsibility for high standard client relationship and service delivery for your portfolio
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for local corporate and legal issues and you will monitor legal and regulatory changes
  • Serve as a director or manager for client entities and attend board meetings, where required
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships by cross-selling additional Citco products/services
  • Support the Relationship Managers with regards to performance and financial targets

Service Delivery

  • Develop a broad understanding of Citco business lines and associated product/service propositions
  • Understand the industry and regulatory environment and be sensitive to industry change and business trends, identifying new areas of growth
  • Monitor and assist in managing client SLAs and operational deliverables
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system development with the aim of minimizing operational risk and improving efficiency
  • Support review of risk logs and contribute, co-ordinate and communicate incident resolution as necessary
  • Participate and organize operational due diligence reviews and client visits
  • Compile periodic board reports, Key Performance Indicators and scorecards for clients
  • Support periodic risk assessments

About You

  • You have a university degree in a relevant discipline.
  • You bring 5+ years of related work experience in the financial services industry, preferably with fund administrators and/or investment companies.
  • You have experience in an international environment and project management, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have general knowledge of the applicable statutory and regulatory requirements in the Alternatives Asset Management space and have worked with SPVs and/or Funds + SPV reporting requirements.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills coupled with superior communication skills.
  • You are highly analytical with strong attributes in business processes, accounting, and allocation systems.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) and Outlook.
