职位职责:

  • 发展施耐德电气全系产品在TOP有色集团客户和设计院的推广(KA)
  • 制定KA的发展业务计划并调动公司内部资源保证计划正常推进
  • 逐步建立并发展和KA C level的对接
  • 围绕KA建立生态圈并能识别重要生态伙伴
  • 管理虚拟KA团队并lead关键项目
  • 管理过中大型集团客户,能够制定清晰的业务发展计划
  • 有大项目或者复杂项目销售经验(数字化项目销售经验优先)
  • 对冶炼工艺有一定了解或者对有色金属行业市场有一定了解
  • 对自动化及数字化业务有一定了解,对数字化智能化业务感兴趣
  • 逻辑思维清晰,能够洞察或引导客户需求
  • 性格开朗,善于沟通,自信心强
