We are looking for a driven and curious Project Controls Manager in Honolulu, HI, to support our Program Management Team. 

As a key member of our General Engineering Consultant team for HART on the Honolulu Rail Transit Project, you’ll provide the day-to-day supervision of project controls staff and be responsible for cost control and schedule monitoring, analysis, forecasting, and reporting. You’ll manage the overall program cost controls and reporting function by providing client management, updates, and presentations at all levels of management.

Here's What You'll Need:

  • At least 10-15 years of project cost controls and scheduling experience 
  • Experience with Primavera 6 on major transit programs
  • Experience working on various projects to include coordinating and executing project issues 
  • Specific experience in cost engineering functions, including cost estimating, cost control, change management and cost analysis 
  • Experience in project controls, commercial operations, with emphasis on project controls and financial issues 

Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or Civil Engineering 
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) 
  • Primavera 6 resources loading 
  • Program related experience
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
