We currently have an opening for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join the Experiences + Devices (E+D) Business Planning team. This team provides strategic resource allocation decision support to the E+D Executive Vice President (EVP) by helping to re-allocate existing resources to align with the EVPs' priorities and the macro trends.

  • Resource Allocation: Lead strategic Resource Allocation conversations across the Experience + Devices organization, and prepare engineering leaders for Leadership Teams discussions. 
  • Business and Finance Partnership: Give visibility to the business and Finance leadership to the current resource landscape and identify and recommend levers to drive operational leverage through resource prioritization and allocation.
  • Decision Support: Apply strategic and systems thinking into resource planning to maximize Return On Investment (ROI), including scenario and sensitivity analyses. Setting up analysis frameworks and processes that take into account the impact of external factors, size of addressable markets, competitive landscape and existing commitments on a 3-year time horizon.
  • Headcount benchmarking: Operationalize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to headcount efficiency and proactively recommend a course of action where needed

Required/Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
  • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field 
  • OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in a high-tech company. 
  • Revenue Planning and/or Consulting experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated communication & presentation skills. Can easily present complex financial issues to non-finance executives.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing complex financial models and scenario analysis, able to show quantitative analysis skills.
  • Ability to influence and impact without authority, operate in ambiguity, and solve difficult problems, combined with the ability to prioritize and function well in a dynamic and matrixed environment.
  • Interpersonal and cross group collaboration skills. Ability to drive simplicity within a complex and matrix environment

Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91,800 - $178,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $117,900 - $195,000 per year.
