Global IT within Hilti is a truly global team with main hubs in Buchs (Switzerland), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and Plano/Tulsa (USA). What does the role involve?

As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will develop effective working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure strong recruitment support for hiring activities and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partners & Head of HR in managing the following:

  • Sourcing & Screening candidates CV's and sharing with the hiring managers.
  • Communicate effectively with members of the HR department, providing accurate information in a timely manner in line with standard operating procedures, and escalating to the Head of HR on any issues.
  • Under the direction of the Head of HR, support the TA team with candidate sourcing activities, and screening of profiles based on the ad-hoc needs as and when arises
  • Step in-in as key support during the absence of any TA team members
  • Support and actively participate in the Organization-wide event as part of the one-team initiatives.
  • Any other duties that are commensurate with the TA Team function.

What you need is:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Admin, Management, HRM, or in a related field with a Cumulative Grade Point Average 3.0 and above
  • Proven skills in working within a team and dynamic environment
  • Strong result orientation, resilience in delivering, and ability to work under conditions of ambiguity and fast-paced.
  • Previous internship experience in an HR environment would be an added advantage
