Job Description

Your challenge

This role is based out of our Jakarta office and will be driving revenue for our Branded Retail segment. Closely working with different set of customers to address their Lighting needs in Luminaires, Decorative Product and Philips Hue.

Your responsibilities

  • Takes care of Key customers and account in Branded Retail channel of Philips Lighting Indonesia
  • Executes the Consumer Strategy in the context of local market trends and opportunities specifically in branded retail channel
  • Drive consultative selling with targeted customers
  • Delivers on operational targets
  • Manages customers offer performance
  • Achieves revenue, margins and sales productivity efficiencies targets within market
  • Establishes high levels of customer partnership and satisfaction
  • Defines and implements a winning go-to-market (including distribution) strategy for the market
  • Manages sales team to deliver on operational targets
  • Drives sales team engagement, culture of accountability , builds required sales capabilities to drive sustainable business performance in the area

We are looking for

  • Graduate of Architecture / Interior Design degree or related course
  • At least 2 years of experience in Interior design - hands on and customer facing
  • Experience in sales / account management is highly preferred
  • Excellent presentation skills - must be confident in dealing with high-level clientele and decision makers
  • Fluency in English communication is a must
