Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Supply Chain Human Resources team. As an HRBP, you will act as a consultant and advisor to leaders on talent–related issues and serve as an employee champion and change agent. The HRBP is responsible for delivering both strategic and tactical HR support in areas of talent management, leadership development, employee relations, and culture enhancement. The successful candidate will anticipate talent-related needs, communicate proactively, and develop integrated solutions that align people strategies with business objectives. This role will support our Logistics, End to End Planning and Procurement groups. The role will be based out of our Corporate Office and will travel to provide varying onsite support at our Columbus DCs.

Works in a normal office environment where the employee is regularly required to speak, see, hear, sit, stand, talk, type, walk and bend while moving about the office. The noise level in the office is quiet. Travel to plants or meetings may be required as necessary.
