Amazon has flagged the APN (Amazon Partner Network) Strategic Partner Development Manager job as unavailable. Let’s keep looking.

DESCRIPTION

Amazon Global Communities (AGC) is seeking an experienced principal product manager to own our business development and partner experience. You will create requirements and playbooks that ensure the products and services we launch are mutually beneficial for Amazon and our transportation partners and each is set up for success from Day 1. In addition, you will define mechanisms that ensure we share learnings across our current products and services to continually improve the transportation partner experience. This includes standardizing best practices through all phases of our flywheel: access, engagement, and partnership. Come join a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, and highly visible organization as we invent new community building and communications practices from the ground up.

At AGC, our mission is simple: drive engagement, advocacy, and business success among the critical functions in Amazon’s supply chain and Last Mile logistics networks. We do this by building products and services that connect, inform, and inspire the ecosystem of entrepreneurs and business owners who partner with Amazon to improve delivery flexibility, speed and reliability for our customers. We measure our success through the positive impact we deliver for transportation partner’s businesses, but also in the relationships we enable them to build with each other and Amazon.

As the single-threaded leader for AGC’s business development and partner experience, you will lead multi-VP org level alignment on when, how, and why we expand our products and services to support a wider set of transportation partners and new locales. While our team currently supports over 3,000 small businesses throughout Amazon’s logistics network in 5 locales today, we are continually looking for the next best opportunity. Making the right decisions about the portfolio of products and services we build is nuanced but will determine the long-term success of AGC as a whole. You will need to take a holistic view across our functions (events, content, community technology, comms) to prescribe a tailored solution for each potential new customer while holding a high bar for scalability and speed to market. Once products and services are launched, you will be responsible for making sure cross functional teams aren’t working in silos by building tools and mechanisms to share best practices.

If you’re looking to drive real impact for small business and build new strategies, processes and products from the ground up, we’re your perfect match. Come help us learn, invent, and grow!
