Requirements:

• MACTE-accredited Montessori Early Childhood credential
• Minimum three years of lead teaching experience in a Montessori classroom
• Demonstrated ability to implement Montessori pedagogy with fidelity
• Strong observational skills and understanding of child development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)

• Maintain a prepared Montessori environment that meets the developmental needs of all children
• Conduct ongoing child observations and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with assistant teachers and school leadership
• Engage positively with parents through conferences and community events
• Participate in professional development and staff meetings
