ABOUT THIS JOB

We won’t say we can predict the future, but our team of Research Analysts gets pretty close. This role combines data analysis and client consultation from the start, with plenty of room for growth. You find the stories behind scatter plots and help clients determine which products to launch. Your insights will influence decisions for some of today’s leading global companies.

JOB PURPOSE

  • Support the Commercial team. Involved in Client servicing with focus on FMCG and other select verticals.
  • The person must be good at project management as well as data interpretation, report development and presentations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage client expectations and be involved in day-to-day client servicing activities.
  • Support content creation for pitches, proposal preparation and delivery by using NielsenIQ tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and counterparts to ensure projects run smoothly on time, and within budget.
  • Communicate with data acquisition team and operations teams to positively impact project outcome.
  • Conduct data analysis and independently produce reports on less complex projects.
  • Present the reports to the client and drive client conversations.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Marketing, Psychology/Anthropology, or related field
  • 1 year or less experience in Market Research
  • Good command on MS word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent Presentation skills
  • Excellent storytelling skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language desirable
  • Expertise in servicing customers
