About the role

At AAK, we’re searching for a dynamic and collaborative Regional HR Manager to lead our HR team and activities in West Africa. If you’re inspired by working in a fast-moving, international environment and want to make a real difference, this could be the next step in your career!
As Regional HR Manager you will lead a team of four competent, engaged and motivated HR Business Partners across the region in respectively Ghana, Benin, Burkina Faso and Ivory Coast. Furthermore, you will be a valued member of the regional leadership team. You will be accountable for driving a people centric HR agenda and ensuring strategy, organizational performance and people come together at a higher level.
