We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager with 8+ years of experience with Agile, product development teams (at least 5 years of which are in a Product Management role) and a strong drive to develop industry-shaping products and solutions. This person would begin immediately as a full-time employee in Seattle, WA.
Backed by senior CBRE executives, our team has developed a cutting edge commercial real estate platform, delivering powerful but intuitive solutions for our users. We are strong supporters of open-source technologies. Our current infrastructure is loosely comprised of:
- A flexible, scalable, cloud-based application layer
- An API layer for client-side consumption
- Client-side applications designed for specific user groups
As our group continues to grow, we need a skilled Product Manager to help expand the capabilities of our team and products.
Your responsibilities will include:
Work closely with the Vice President of our group (and other Product Managers) to deliver our deeply integrated suite of products.
Work with the Vice President to create and maintain business cases, presentations, and product budgets.
At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager/Owner in an Agile, open-source software development environment, especially with consumer internet products
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Extensive experience delivering web and mobile products
Ability to draw useful conclusions from various data sources (UX Research, Analytics, Market Research, etc.) and then apply those when defining the product roadmap
Strong investigative, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Extreme flexibility and responsiveness to changing situations
Ability to manage a wide variety of personalities (product development teams, stakeholders, users, etc.)
An ease and confidence when interacting with senior executives
Bonus points for these qualifications:
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, HCI/UX Design, or Engineering
Experience dealing with senior executives and non-technical teams (sales, marketing, etc.)
