Job Description & Summary:
The Cloud Operations and System Administrator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of cloud-based systems and OnPremise infrastructure (Physical and Virtual). This role ensures the reliability, performance, and security of cloud services and Onpremise data centre hosted devices and works closely with other IT teams to support business objectives
Responsibilities:
Familiar with ITIL processes - incident, change management, configuration management, problem management, etc
Mandatory skill sets:
System Admin, windows, linux, azure devops,Strong understanding of Change Management and process driven Admin (e.g. ITILv4).
Worked with the problem management team to resolve reoccurring issues
Preferred skill sets:
Collaboration: A natural collaborator, suited to work in a collaborative culture with a diverse and talented team that values collaboration, constructive challenging and mutual respect
Willingness to learn and grow in the Support Team and keep abreast with industry trends
Person with ITIL v4 Foundation will have added value
